How to apply for a record


At Noble World Records, we understand that submitting a nomination or application is an exciting and crucial step in your journey to achieve recognition for your extraordinary accomplishments. We've compiled a set of frequently asked questions to guide you through this process seamlessly. Whether you're a seasoned record-breaker or exploring the world of record-setting for the first time, our below FAQs provide valuable insights into how to prepare and submit your nomination or application. From understanding the guidelines to navigating our user-friendly submission system, we're here to assist you at every stage.   • How to Submit a Record-Setting or Record-Breaking Nomination
    1. Use our check records feature to find the record you wish to break Click on Check Records.

    2. Once you've found the record, click the ‘Apply Now for Nomination’ button. If you can't find the record you want, you can apply for a new record title by clicking ‘Record Type Options - 1. New Record/Set A Record 2. Break A Record title’ at the middle of the page.

    3. **Apply Now for Nomination** with Noble World Records.

    4. Together Completing the Nomination form, applicant should submit documents of proof of record, which inlcudes-recent video of record, news article and related documents, which proof of record to WhatsApp at +91-7800 5500 88, remember, the mobile number should be same in nomincation form and WhastApp number.

    5. After submitting your Standard Nomination Form and together proof of recod, Noble World Records' dedicated Records Management Team will review your nomination. If you've applied for an existing title or a new one that we accept, we'll provide you with the next procedure through your email. Additionally, may, you'll receive the Guide to Your Evidence, which outlines the necessary evidence to submit for our further assessment. This document will also include printable templates of documents for submission.

    6. For detailed information on the evidence submission process, visit our 'How to Arrange and Submit Evidence' section to understand what's required as part of your record attempt.

    7. All evidence submissions must be made online. You can upload via WhatsApp/your evidence by logging into your account. Please refrain from sending evidence via post, as we accept all file types online.

    8. Evidence verification :
    a) According to the guidelines, for a Standard Nomination, an advance payment of Rs. 2,000 must be submitted after the nomination is filed. The payment transfer slip for this amount should be shared via email or official WhatsApp with Noble World Records. After the confirmation of the Rs. 2,000 transfer, the evidence will be forwarded to the verification authority for record approval. If the record is not approved, the Rs. 2,000 fee for standard nomination will be refunded to the depositor. However, if the record is approved, the Rs. 2,000 will be deducted from the total balance.

    b) As Per the guidelines, for a Priority Nomination, an advance payment of Rs. 5,000 is required after the nomination is submitted. The payment transfer slip for this amount should be shared via email or official WhatsApp with Noble World Records. Once the Rs. 5,000 transfer is confirmed, the evidence will be forwarded to the verification authority for record approval. If the record is not approved, the Rs. 5,000 fee for priority nomination is non-refundable. However, if the record is approved, the Rs. 5,000 will be deducted from the total balance.

    9. Subsequently, our expert Records Management Team will assess your evidence. If your attempt is verified as successful, and you will be informed to deposit your fees within 48hours, once fee is deposited, you'll be eligible for Official "Noble World Records" Record-Holder Certificate, confirming your record-holder status!

    10. Unfortunately, we are unable to respond to physical letters. We kindly ask you to submit your nomination online or visit our contact page for inquiries.

    11. Please refrain from sending evidence before submitting nomination and receiving your guidelines, as we will not be able to process it.

  • How to Arrange for an Adjudicator at Your Record Attempt?
    If you wish to have an official adjudicator from Noble World Records present at your record attempt for on-the-spot verification, we offer services tailored to businesses like yours.   • I want to understand the Guidelines for a Record
    If you're interested in breaking an existing record or setting a new one and want to access the guidelines, the first step is to submit an online nomination form.

    Please keep in mind that each nomination for a new record title is individually reviewed by an expert, and we cannot provide acceptance confirmation via email or phone.

  • Can I speak to someone, if I have a record idea first?
    If you have a record idea and wish to discuss it, please be aware that we do not offer individual consultative services as part of the Self-Service nomination. All proposals for Self-Service nominations must be submitted through our website by completing an nomination form.

    • How can I speed up the Self-Service Nomination process?
      The standard processing time for a Self-Service Nomination is up to 2 to 3 weeks.*

      This includes a period of up to 2 to 3 weeks* for us to assess your Nomination and provide you with the guidelines for your record attempt.

      Once we receive the evidence for your record attempt, there is also a review period of up to 2 to 3 weeks* before we can confirm if your record attempt is successful.

      Priority Nomination Service Premium Charges : If you require a quicker response, we recommend using our Priority Nomination Service. This service accelerates the processing of your record nomination to just 2 to 5 working days, for a fee of US$400 (in the UK), $500 (in the US) and Rs.20,000 (in the India) for existing record titles, and $500 (in the UK), $650 (in the US) and Rs.30,000 (in the India) for new record titles. You can select this service when submitting your nomination. If you've already submitted a Standard Nomination and wish to upgrade to the Priority Nomination Service, you can do so at any time. To upgrade, visit our website and click on contact page and write an email message about 'Upgrade to Priority Nomination Service,' and follow the prompts.

      Please note that using the Priority Nomination Service does not guarantee the success of your Nomination, and we do not issue refunds for unsuccessful Nominations.

    • I have not yet heard back and an update on my Nomination.
      At Noble World Records, we carefully assess each nomination individually and aim to provide updates as promptly as possible. However, due to the high volume of nominations we receive, the processing time can take up to 2 to 3 weeks*. We appreciate your patience during this period.

      If you have received confirmation that your nomination has been accepted, you can use your email/online account to inquire about the status of your nomination. To access your online status, WhatsApp or Email. Your message will be directed to the Records Officer responsible for your nomination.

      Please note that this feature is accessible only after your nomination has been accepted, and your guidelines have been released to you. Responses to inquiries may take up to 2 to 3 days*.

      For urgent nominations and inquiries, consider upgrading to our Priority Nomination Service.

      You can also monitor the status of your nomination, update your profile details, and review nomination information by sending e-mail through official id or WhatsApp Mobile.

      We receive high valumes nomination each week and occasionally experience delays. In the rare event that you haven't received a response from us within 2 to 3 weeks* of submitting your nomination, please contact us with your nomination ID, registered email address, registered mobile and proposed record title. Our Customer Service team will investigate this for you.

    • How Long to Hear Back About My Record Nomination?
      At Noble World Records, we receive an astonishing record number of record nominations each year, which equates to nearly many dozens of nominations every week!

      Due to this consistently high volume of nominations, the response times for Self-service nominations can extend up to 2 to 3 weeks*. After we receive the evidence for your record attempt, it may take up to 3 weeks* for us to meticulously review your documentation and notify you of the outcome of your record attempt.

      For a faster response, we recommend considering our Priority Nomination Service, a "Premium Feature" option that you can select during the Nomination process. You can also choose to upgrade to this service at any time by accessing your account.
